- Add water little by little only while kneading the dough.It shouldn't be sticky..
- Keep the dough covered for 10 mints..
- After 10 mints,make small balls out of the dough.Roll each them into thin pooris..
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pooris till they are brown and crispy..
