- Take a kadhai, add ghee to it. Add whole spices..
- Now add, cashew and onions with crushed garlic and ginger. And cook it for 8-10mins on medium flame..
- Now add tomato and all the dry powdered masala. And mix it well..
- Cook Tomato for 5mins on high flame. After that add water to it and give a gentle boil for atleast 20minutes..
- Blend it finely when it will come to the room temperature. (Please don't strain the gravy)..
- Take kadhai add 1/2tbsp ghee and 1/4tsp degi laal mirch. And pour the blended gravy to the kadhai and cook it for 5mins and finish it with cream and kasuri methi..
- For the kofta.
- Take a mixing bowl and put all the Ingredients together and mix it well. Bind the mixture with the help of corn flour..
- Take kadhai pour some oil to fry our kofta. Give a beautiful round shape to your koftas and deep fry them. And give a nice golden colour to it..
- Please don't put kofta in gravy as they are very light in texture. Put kofta in your serving bowl and pour the gravy. Serve hot with Naan, Lacha Paratha, etc..
