- Boil peas then add potatoes, beans and carrots with salt and little water, when done strain it.
- In a wok put one to two tablespoon of oil and keep on flame add mustard seeds cummin seeds, curry leaves, garlic, green chillies and ginger, let it splutter.
- Add veggies and stir well, after five minutes remove from flame.
- Add garam masala, lemon juice and sugar, mix well and remove from flame.
- When it has cooled down add coriander leaves and onions.
- Fill in the samosas using the wraps and flour glue.
