- Clean & rinse the raw chicken with fresh water 2 -3 times..
- Marinate with curd, salt,ginger garlic paste & red chilli powder for half an hour..

- In the same karahi,pour the blender paste.Cook on low flame till oil spreads from corners.Now add fresh cream & stir bhi well.Add coriander powder & kasuri methi.Now the gravy is ready..
- Pour oil in pan or karahi.Deep fry the marinated chicken till they become golden brown. Take them out on the tissue paper to absorb excess oil..
- Now add the fried chicken to the gravy with water & cook on low flame till chicken becomes soft..
