- Marinate the Chicken using Turmeric power, Red Chilli power and Salt. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour..
- After 1 hour fry the Chicken pieces until they are brown and keep them on tissue paper to absorb the extra oil..
- Heat some oil in other vessel, add chopped onoin, green chilli and garlic paste and let it fry for 5 mins..
- Mix turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, chicken masala to water in a bowl..
- Add the above mixture i.e pt no. 4 and cook it for 5-6 mins in low flame..
- Once the mixture is cooked properly. Add fried chicken and cook for another 10 mins..
- Add enough water to cover the chicken. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5-10 mins..
- Add Cashew nut paste, Fresh Butter and Fresh Cream and cook for 3-5 mins..
- Don't let the water fully dry..
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves..
