- Prep the veg. Mix crushed garlic, crushed ginger and chilli to make a paste. Heat oil in a wok and add paste. Cook for 1-2 mins.
- Add chopped veg and cook for another 3-4 mins on high. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 mins. Add soy sauce and salt to taste.
