- In a pan take ghee, add the sevainyan & roast them for 6-8 minutes on low flame..
- Once the sevainyan release the aroma, add 1/2 cup water and cook them for another 6-8 minutes..
- Now add the milk and cook the sevainyan on low flame for 15-20 minutes. Stir in between..
- After 20 minutes add elichy powder and sugar and again cook it for another 1/-15 minutes..
- Now add chopped cashew nuts and again cook the sevainyan for another 8-10 minutes till the milk evaporates a little more and becomes thick..
- Finally switch off the flame, take the sevainyan in a serving bowl, topp it with fresh mango pieces and serve. It tastes better cold..
