  4. When the gravy is boiling add lauki kofta in it.vook for 5 mnt.kofta is ready.add chopped coriander leaves..
  5. Now in a big mixing bowl add wheat flour,oil and make a soft dough for roti.cover the dough and give a rest for 10 mnts.make a small ball and roll it.make a thin the same time heat the roti tava.put roti on it and cook.apply some ghee on roti..
  6. Made steam rice.niw our lunch is ready to eat….
  7. Ready lauki kofta,roti n rice.serve with butter milk, instant mango pickle and salad..
