- Now heat a pan add oil add cumin seeds fenugreek seeds tez patta bay leaves Ginger garlic paste chopped green chilli and saute for 1 min.
- Add onion paste saute it till looks golden add tomato puree add salt red chilli powder coriander powder and cook well till oil keeps it's sides.
- Now add boiled chickpeas cook it 2 min add chana masala garam masala cook it for 3-4 min u can add water if u want.
- Off the flame add coriander leaves.
