Veg Spring Roll instructions

  1. Saute the chopped onions,ginger,garlic & green chillies. Add the chopped veggies & salt & cover & cook on medium heat till done..
  2. Add the sauces & pepper powder & Saute for a minute.add the cooked noodles & adjust seasonings.set this aside to cool..
  3. Meanwhile beat the eggs & salt & add the flour & add water little at a time & make a thin batter(Dosa batter)..
  4. Heat a nonstick pan and pour a ladle of batter & make thin crepes/ dosas on medium heat.once it's done on one side,flip it on to a plate.No need to cook the other side..
  5. Once all the batter is used up u can place a big spoon full filling on the cooked side of the crepes & roll half way through.fold the top & bottoms..
  6. Make a thick batter with maida & water.Use this paste on the edges & seal finish of all the wraps with the fillings to make the rolls..
  7. Beat together the egg & water in a wide bottom dish.dip the rolls one by one in this & dust in breadcrumbs.repeat this with all the rolls..
  8. Heat oil in a kadai & deep fry the rolls 2 or 3 at a time.drain on tissues.Serve with your favorite sauce..
