Ingredients – Pizza Paniyaram

  1. Give 1 cup of semolina (sooji).

  1. Slightly roast semolina on a pan, then remove from flame & transfer to a mixing bowl..
  2. Add curds & water to make a dosa batter consistency batter. Also add slit green chillies. I prefer slit green chillies as they are easy to remove while eating. 😛 you can use finely chopped too. Let it rest for 10minutes..
  3. Meanwhile chopped veggy of your choice & grate cheese..
  4. Now add salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning & chilli flakes to the batter & mix well. Lastly add eno fruit salt for instant fermentation..
  5. Heat appe/paniyarm pan with little oil & mustard seeds. Add the batter into the cavities of pan..
  6. Top them with chopped veggies & grated cheese. Cover & cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Pizza paniyaram is ready to serve & eat. Enjoy 😊.
