- First take all purpose flour,add salt and 3tsp.oil,mix it properly and made a tiet dough,.
- Take fenugreek seeds,cumin seeds,and coriander seeds and roast it on low flame for 5 minutes.and grind it for 1 or only 2 raund,we need it's not in powder form..
- Take ginger, garlic and green chilli and made a paste of it..
- Take a pan,add oil,add ginger garlic chilli paste,cook on low flame for 2minutes,add mixture of roasted cumin,coriender and fenugreek seeds..
- Add all the masale and gram flour and cook on low flame up to its colour become pinkish..
- Add 1/2glass water,mix it well our stuffing is ready..
- Now take the dough,made bolls of it in same size.take one boll and made small chapati of it..
- Put stuffing masala in it,pack it well with few water.and again made flat kachori like shown in the pic..
- Take a fry pan and fry it in oil from both the sides..
- Our kachori is ready..
